The Scottish Premiership club are expected to make an announcement on Wednesday about the loan deal, according to Fussball Transfers.The Daily Record reported on Tuesday that negotiations were ongoing between the two clubs and it appears a breakthrough has been made. The right-back was signed by Dortmund in 2017 for 4.5million but has not made a single appearance under manager Lucien Favre.Toljan impressed with the Germany squad who won the under-21 Euro Championships in 2017 and put in a particularly impressive display against England in the semi-final.He is versatile and can be played on either the right or left side of defence.2
