The youngster signed a new deal with the club just last year which sees him contracted with the Blues until 2020 – but the report states Stamford Bridge may be tempted with a bid in the region of 15m.However, Rodgers will have to fend off interest from Man United for his signature as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is also a huge admirer of the defender.The Red Devils believe they hold the edge in securing a deal as James’ younger sister Lauren plays for Uniteds womens team.Everton boss Marco Silva is also keen on the full-back, while Crystal Palace and Burnley are also reportedly keeping tabs on the Chelsea starlet.
