The first showed just how clinical he can be in the opposition’s area, while the second was a thumping header.

Raheem Sterling scored moments after Everton had pulled a goal back. The Toffees were showing life once again with the feeling they could pull level, but Sterling killed the optimism almost instantly with a beautifully cushioned header from Fernandinho’s cross.
